Communication
Communication Medium and its timeslot table — how and when a channel is reachable.
Communication-medium routing entities.
What it does
Communication defines the channels through which a business is reachable and the hours each is staffed. It is used by CRM and Support for routing and by telephony integrations to associate an agent with a medium.
Key features
- Communication Medium — a named channel (phone, email, chat) with a type and provider.
- Timeslots — per-medium availability windows and the users who staff them.
